• Maintain an active caseload of individuals aged 10 and above, couples, and families facing a diverse array of mental health challenges.
• Conduct initial evaluations to assess client needs and create tailored treatment plans that promote effective care.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists on complex cases to ensure comprehensive support.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices.
• Participate actively in bi-weekly Clinical Peer Consultation / Supervision sessions with other Therapists, Residents, and Interns.
