In this role, you will provide advanced data and analytical support to our health system. Your responsibilities will include :
- Developing and managing databases that promote efficient workflows and comply with regulatory specifications.
- Supporting data-driven performance improvement projects within the health system.
- Preparing reports and Tableau dashboards, and presenting findings to system leaders and teams.
- Managing data-driven projects and assisting in identifying critical issues and developing solutions using PDCA and Lean methodologies.
- Collaborating effectively as part of a team while ensuring maximum utilization of technology to enhance work systems.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
Bachelors degree in statistics, business, computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative analysis field, or equivalent experience.Advanced skills in Python, Tableau, SQL, R, Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint.At least 2 years of experience in clinical data analytics, statistics, and quality measures.A minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced analytical and quantitative skills.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Project management skills.Excellent understanding of industry-specific issues, regulatory requirements, and current trends in the healthcare industry.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment.Capability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet departmental goals.Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail.Experience leading complex, system-wide projects.Excellent oral and written communication skills.PREFERRED
MBA or Masters degree in quantitative analytical fields.Over 3 years of experience with Python, SQL, and Tableau.More than 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.At least 1 year of experience in data science (AI / ML), data management, and analysis.Over 1 year of project management experience.Working Place :
