• 's DISCO team as a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer and leverage clinet's vast Data Warehouse to derive insights that shape our understanding of customer behavior and inform business strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in client's Prime's success, using your expertise to analyze data, formulate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations. This role is a unique opportunity to work closely with our marketing and technology teams, driving customer satisfaction and business decisions through data.

Job Summary :

Evaluate program features and marketing content based on customer responses and retention metrics.

Conduct statistical testing for A / B and multivariate experiments.

Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on program health.

Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders for critical customer behavior investigations.

Leverage data mining, model building, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to identify trends in the customer base.

Must-Have Skills :

7+ years of experience in SQL and AWS.

5+ years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or QuickSight.

Industry Experience :

Experience or familiarity with the music industry and data analytics specific to music or entertainment business would be beneficial but not mandatory.

Ex-Amazon candidate will be preferred.
