Job Summary (Purpose)

The Technical Writer will work with subject matter experts and key stakeholders within the organization to create various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, references, manuals, cheat sheets, or instructions. They will translate technical ideas and information into easily understandable concepts and instructions. Documentation may include the use of different technical equipment, computer systems, operating systems, software applications, etc. The Technical Writer is required to review already written technical documents and make changes if required.
