As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and clients.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support the office staff with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
