About the Role

Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years of marketing experience, including 7 years in senior leadership roles. A deep knowledge of modern MarTech ecosystems, proven expertise in lifecycle marketing, and a track record of improving customer retention and repeat purchase behavior are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, precise executor, and possess outstanding communication skills. Experience in B2C industries, particularly those with a focus on family entertainment, active lifestyle, or youth, is highly valued. The role demands a leader who can drive change, innovate, and collaborate across functions to ensure the guest experience is aligned with the brand's mission and values.
