    The Company is seeking a VP of Guest Marketing and Experiences to lead the digital and lifecycle marketing strategy, with a focus on creating and enhancing the guest journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and evolving the company's digital ecosystem, driving digital innovation, and leading the development of new digital products and features. This role requires a champion of joy through connection, with a customer-obsessed mindset, who can blend digital innovation with human experience to make every guest interaction unforgettable. The VP will also be tasked with overseeing the company's comprehensive loyalty strategy, designing reward structures, and creating in-park engagement programs that strengthen guest connection. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years of marketing experience, including 7 years in senior leadership roles. A deep knowledge of modern MarTech ecosystems, proven expertise in lifecycle marketing, and a track record of improving customer retention and repeat purchase behavior are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, precise executor, and possess outstanding communication skills. Experience in B2C industries, particularly those with a focus on family entertainment, active lifestyle, or youth, is highly valued. The role demands a leader who can drive change, innovate, and collaborate across functions to ensure the guest experience is aligned with the brand's mission and values.
