Job description5+ years of General Manager experience in entertainment venues, or high-volume upscale restaurants Experience with community outreach and engagement Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized Proven track record of driving operational excellence and team success Valid state alcohol-server certification and ServSafe Manager certification required Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods Experience with new restaurant openings preferred Proven leadership and motivational abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving instincts Comfortable interacting with guests, team members, vendors, and partners at all levels High standards for guest satisfaction and service quality Skilled in multitasking, delegation, and managing multiple priorities under pressure Holds self and team accountable to consistently deliver high performance
