Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Data and Analytics Engineers in managing data pipelines, schemas, governance, and monitoring

Set technical vision and strategy while contributing hands-on in design and code

Collaborate with application engineering teams to define data contracts and ensure data reliability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience

8+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields, with 5+ years in leadership roles

Deep knowledge of data warehousing concepts and analytical dataset design

Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions

Proven ability to lead and develop engineers while fostering an inclusive team culture
