Senior Manager – Tech Consulting
Location : San Jose, CA
Base Pay Range : $150,000.00 – $210,000.00 per year
About the Role
As a Senior Manager in our Tech Consulting – Digitization & Automation practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end‑to‑end finance and digital transformation programs for mid‑market and enterprise clients. You will help clients modernize operating models, redesign processes across the Office of the CFO, embed automation, and leverage data analytics to deliver measurable business impact. Your focus will be on integrated transformation that aligns people, process, technology, and analytics—beyond simple system implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams within large‑scale finance and digital transformation programs, covering operating model design, process optimization (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash), technology enablement, and analytics‑driven improvement.
- Drive adoption of automation, analytics, and innovative methods to improve process efficiency and business insight.
- Manage day‑to‑day delivery across multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget alignment.
- Mentor and coach Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates, developing the next generation of delivery talent.
- Collaborate with Directors and Managing Directors on proposals, client relationship management, and identification of new opportunities.
- Contribute to practice methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve delivery consistency and scalability.
Required Qualifications
8+ years in consulting, with significant experience delivering finance transformation and digital transformation.Track record of projects that combine process redesign, change management, technology implementation, and data analytics for measurable outcomes.Experience working across multiple ERP and finance technology platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, D365, Intacct, etc.), with the ability to position them as part of a broader transformation.Strong client‑facing skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.Proven leadership in managing teams, coordinating multi‑stream delivery, and maintaining high‑quality execution.Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
Industry experience in SaaS, biotech, manufacturing, or other innovation‑driven sectors.Familiarity with global delivery models and distributed teams.Experience applying analytics for finance operations improvement, KPI tracking, and performance management.Compensation and Benefits
