Senior Manager – Tech Consulting (Finance Technology)

Our client – a fast‑growing global consulting firm – seeks an experienced Senior Manager to join its Tech Consulting practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead end‑to‑end finance and digital transformation programs for mid‑market and enterprise clients. You’ll help modernize operating models, embed automation, and leverage analytics to drive measurable impact across the Office of the CFO.

This isn’t an ERP implementation‑only role — it’s about delivering true transformation, integrating people, process, technology, and data to help organizations operate smarter and more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within large‑scale finance and digital transformation programs (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash).
• Redesign operating models, implement automation, and drive analytics‑led process improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior finance leaders, converting strategy into actionable outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Mentor and develop delivery teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Support practice growth through client relationship management and proposal development.
• 7‑12 years of client‑facing experience, including finance transformation and digital enablement.
• Proven experience combining process redesign, change management, technology, and analytics for measurable results.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP and finance technologies (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, D365, Intacct, etc.).
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
