Sr. Strategic Transformation Manager

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is looking for an experienced Sr. Strategic Transformation Manager to join our Studio Business Group (SBG) Transformation and Operations this role you will partner closely with senior leaders cross-functional teams to lead support and optimize high-impact initiatives that drive our business forward. This position requires strategic and system thinking the ability to navigate complexity and a proactive mindset to lead change in a fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Director of Strategic Transformation and Change.

Key Responsibilities

The Sr. Strategic Transformation Manager will lead and support a portfolio of high-impact programs that are complex cross-functional and often studio-facing in nature. The role requires seamless collaboration with internal first-party studios corporate functions and global teams and SBG / SIE Leadership to deliver strategic outcomes that align with long-term business objectives. A successful candidate will be able to do the following :

• Strategic and Systems Thinking

Evaluate complex business challenges through a systems lens to identify root causes and interdependencies.

Lead the planning execution and delivery of strategic initiatives from inception through implementation.

Act as a continuous improvement advocatecapturing lessons learned and implementing refinements across processes tools and outcomes.

Be the face of transformation within the business and understand the right way to approach large scale transformation initiatives.

Apply a foundational understanding of the gaming industry to assess external trends and how they could impact our projects.

At SIE we consider several factors when setting each roles base pay range including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location.
