Duties Description In NYSLRS Application Development Cross Dimensional Team :

• Supports retirement systems through technical analysis, design, development, and nightly on call support.
• Requires strong programming and troubleshooting skills, adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrates effective communication, collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success.
• Follows coding standards
• Assists team members in creation of design documents and other related system documentation.

OR a bachelor's or higher-level degree, including or supplemented by 15 credit hours in computer science coursesOR 60 semester credit hours including or supplemented by 15 semester credit hours in computer science and one year of professional experience in information technology.OR a total of two years of experience in information technology.Competitive Minimum Qualifications : You must be currently reachable on the appropriate eligible list for this title, eligible under the 55 b / c program, or eligible to transfer to this title under Section 52.6, 70.1, or 70.4 of the Civil Service Law.
