Position Overview
As a Sales Lead / Key Holder , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving store performance and inspiring both customers and team members. You’ll combine sales leadership with operational excellence—delivering outstanding service, overseeing daily store functions, and ensuring the Z Gallerie experience comes to life in every detail.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated retail professional with a passion for design, sales, and leadership to join our dynamic pop-up team in Dallas.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Experience
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional, personalized customer service and achieving sales goals.
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling and in-home styling recommendations.
- Partner with the Store Manager to monitor daily sales metrics and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Store Operations & Leadership
Open and close the store, following all security and cash-handling procedures.Support daily operations including scheduling, inventory control, and merchandising standards.Ensure all company policies, operational procedures, and visual presentation standards are consistently upheld.Serve as the acting supervisor in the Store Manager’s absence, providing direction and support to team members.Team & Culture
Mentor and train Sales Associates, reinforcing best practices in customer engagement and product knowledge.Foster a positive, inclusive, and design-driven work environment that reflects Z Gallerie’s brand values.Assist in onboarding and supporting new team members.Brand & Content Engagement
Capture authentic, in-store moments to create Employee-Generated Content (EGC) for Z Gallerie’s social platforms.Participate in store events, community outreach, and seasonal initiatives to grow brand awareness.Qualifications
2+ years of retail sales experience , with at least 1 year in a leadership or key holder role preferred.Proven ability to drive sales results and inspire team performance.Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Passion for interior design, home styling, and visual presentation.Comfortable creating or contributing to social media and digital content.Reliable, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Flexible availability—including weekends, holidays, and key sales events.Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.What We Offer
