This is a full-time, on-site position managing complex site development and infrastructure projects from start to finish. Base pay range : $150,000.00 / yr - $175,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Lead civil sitework and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to maintain scope and compliance
• Conduct regular site visits and coordinate directly with clients, engineers, and vendors
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders with precision and accuracy
• Track project costs, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Promote job site safety, quality control, and communication across all project phases

Pay and benefits
