LPN Position Available

Schedule : Every Other Weekend (Double Shifts)

Hours : 32 Hours / Week

3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

$3k Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do :

As an LPN, you will be instrumental in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You will provide compassionate nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with the healthcare team, and support personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments per healthcare provider directives
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health information
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized care plans
• Provide wound care and essential nursing interventions
• Supervise and mentor Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in patient care delivery
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and protocols
