What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site instructions.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Maintain awareness of entry and exit points, monitoring for any unusual activity around the auto industry facility.

Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal and client site requirements.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while performing security-related duties.

Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and help to deter theft or loss of client property.

Work collaboratively with site personnel and law enforcement as required during incidents or critical events.

Minimum Requirements :

A minimum of one year of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
