Responsibilities include connecting with customers, coordinating orders, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Requirements :
- Be the friendly, professional voice on the phone—handling a high volume of calls with a smile Coordinate sod orders, confirm delivery details, and manage daily schedules Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing retail and wholesale customers Maintain accurate records, process invoices, and organize spreadsheets Other duties as assigned Qualifications : Exceptional communication skills – especially over the phone Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel A team-player attitude and dependable work ethic Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or accounting is a plus!
