As the Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of guest satisfaction to members, owners, and guests to ensure the continuous delivery of hospitality, professionalism, and consistency.

Additional Responsibilities Include :

Schedule Details : Our resort operates 7 days a week. Our Front Desk staff work varying shifts between the hours of 7 : 30am 11 : 00pm. Front Desk Agents can also work some overnight shifts from 10 : 00pm-6 : 00am.
