The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Global Investigations - HR, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
The Investigator will be a key member of the Global Investigations Team, responsible for conducting thorough and objective investigations into allegations of violations of the Code of Conduct and other violations of company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical device and / or pharmaceutical industry and will be adept at handling complex investigations across multiple jurisdictions.

- Leading comprehensive investigations into complex allegations of violations of the Code of Conduct, company policies and regulations.
- Managing multiple, simultaneous investigations in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated commitment to prioritization and deadlines.
- Gathering and analyzing evidence, interviewing witnesses in a professional and respectful manner, and preparing detailed investigations report that includes recommended corrective action.
- Identifying trends within and across investigations and communicating them to leadership.
- Demonstrating solid critical thinking and advanced people-skills.
- Maintaining accurate and complete records of all investigations, including documentation of evidence, interviews, and findings.
- Serving as investigations expert for Global Investigations function
- Collaborating with legal, compliance, HR, and other relevant departments to ensure investigations are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Staying current on industry best practices, employment law, and emerging risks related to compliance and investigations.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or higher AND eight (8) years of experience in employment relations, preferably within the medical device and / or pharmaceutical industry.ORHigh School Diploma / GED AND twelve (12) years of experience in employment investigations, preferably within the medical device and / or pharmaceutical industry.AND
Additional qualifications that will help you succeed in the role include :
Advanced degree and certifications (e.g., Master's in Business Administration, PHR / SPHR / GPHR certification(s), or related field).Willingness to travel as needed to conduct investigations in various locations.Advising HR and Leaders on employee relations issues, providing resolution recommendations that align with Solventum policy, values, and past practices.Serving as partner to employees & leaders, answering questions throughout the investigation process and providing feedback to ensure proper action is taken.Participating as SME in various projects across Human Resources, Legal and Compliance.Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to conducting multiple investigations simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Regularly work with restricted information and highly confidential information and is skilled in understanding the necessity and the ability to preserve and maintain confidential communications and legally privileged information.Proficiency in using investigation management software and other relevant tools.Ability to manage investigations in an objective and unbiased manner.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience working in a global or multinational organization.Familiarity with global compliance standards, whistleblower frameworks, and data privacy laws.Experience with case management systems, data analytics, and documentation tools.Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong asset. Spanish and / or Portuguese preferred.Work location : Remote - United States, Mexico, Spain, Brazil, Costa Rica

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits.
