The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Global Investigations - HR, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

The Investigator will be a key member of the Global Investigations Team, responsible for conducting thorough and objective investigations into allegations of violations of the Code of Conduct and other violations of company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical device and / or pharmaceutical industry and will be adept at handling complex investigations across multiple jurisdictions.

Here, you will make an impact by :

• Leading comprehensive investigations into complex allegations of violations of the Code of Conduct, company policies and regulations.
• Managing multiple, simultaneous investigations in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated commitment to prioritization and deadlines.
• Gathering and analyzing evidence, interviewing witnesses in a professional and respectful manner, and preparing detailed investigations report that includes recommended corrective action.
• Identifying trends within and across investigations and communicating them to leadership.
• Demonstrating solid critical thinking and advanced people-skills.
• Maintaining accurate and complete records of all investigations, including documentation of evidence, interviews, and findings.
• Serving as investigations expert for Global Investigations function
• Collaborating with legal, compliance, HR, and other relevant departments to ensure investigations are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Staying current on industry best practices, employment law, and emerging risks related to compliance and investigations.

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits.
