Quality Carriers, Inc. (QC), headquartered in Tampa, FL, is North America's largest bulk liquid chemical carrier. Through a network of more than 100 terminals and facilities, we transport a broad range of chemical products and provide our customers with value-added transportation services.
Responsible for the management of daily terminal operations, involving dispatch, drivers, customers and billing to ensure terminal profitability. Management of multiple locations and landlord relationships : truck yards in Compton, Walnut, Bakersfield and El Centro. Collaborates with maintenance, safety, HR, corporate functions and central dispatch for an effectively run terminal. Responsible for driving a positive work culture.
Essential Functions :
Hire, train and manage customer service representatives, drivers, dispatchers, and terminal support. Support the management trainee program.
