Gresham Ford, a trusted and community-driven dealership, is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our Wholesale Motorcraft Parts and Ford Elite Pro Service Center business. This position offers excellent income potential for a sales professional with a passion for customer relationships and the automotive industry.
Compensation :
Base salary of $5,000 per month
Performance-based bonuses for sales growth and customer retention
Company vehicle and expense allowance

Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain relationships with independent repair facilities, fleet accounts, and dealerships
Promote Motorcraft, Omnicraft, and Ford Genuine Parts products
Grow assigned sales territory through proactive account visits and strategic outreach
Provide accurate quotes, pricing, and timely customer support
Work closely with the Parts and Service departments to achieve department goals
Qualifications :
Prior outside sales for at least 3 years and / or automotive industry experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
