• All 3 pm - 3 am shifts
• 12 admissions expected with maximum 18 patients for cross coverage
• Hospitalist works alone 3 pm - 7 pm with night shift coverage 7 pm - 7 am
• Mid shift attending handles all ER admissions 3 pm - 6 pm without residents
• Responsible for all patients seen by resident team when working with residents
• No procedures required
• Intermittent coverage schedule over multiple weeks
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
