Legal Analyst

A company is looking for a Legal Analyst for a 1-year contract.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support for Asia ex-Japan institutional and intermediaries clients, including maintaining legal databases and reviewing agreements

Assist with company secretarial matters for APAC entities

Support legal aspects of Australian unit trusts and SICAV fund ranges, including reviewing offering documents and monitoring privacy regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

At least 3 years of legal experience, preferably in asset management

Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts is preferred

Mandarin language skills would be a plus

Ability to interact with a diverse group of internal and external contacts
