PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Relationship manager between the firm and its clients.
  • Timely responds to routine and ad-hoc client requests and reports.
  • Able to learn and understand the firm's system of record, and its overall file flow to assist with client requests.
  • Strong communication skills. Able to professionally represent the firm on calls and in emails.
  • Acts as a liaison, by email or phone, to communicate with litigation, attorneys, collections, and clients.
  • Responsible for following up on client requests with all departments across the firm to ensure its execution.
  • Assists with the compilation of information and reports for client audit requests on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Responsible for gathering, maintaining, and organizing data to satisfy those requests.
  • Ability to analyze letters and communications to determine proper actions for handling case files.
  • Ability to analyze work standards and implement expectations in daily tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Banking operations and / or analyst experience preferred as well as experience working in a law firm of the legal field. Collections experience is a plus.

Must possess a strong attention to detail while maintain accuracy in a fast paced and high volume environment. Must have experience in creating reports and be proficient in utilizing Excel.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sedentary work with repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and / or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, typing, and analyzing data.

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment.
