As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct regular patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide outstanding customer service to everyone on site. This position requires driving as part of your duties. What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Maintain awareness of surroundings and promptly report any security-related concerns or irregularities. Collaborate with team members and site personnel to support security-related operations and uphold site protocols. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements : At least one year of security-related experience is required. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
