As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for tenants and visitors. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as required.

Assist visitors and tenants by providing information and directions as needed while maintaining security-related protocols.

Document incidents, observations, and activities in daily logs and / or reports as required by Allied Universal and client guidelines.

Support a welcoming environment by maintaining a professional presence and adhering to all company and location-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
