🔧 Now Hiring : 2nd Shift Welders – MIG & Flux Core

📍 Shakopee, MN | 💲 Competitive Pay + Bonus Potential | 🕓 2nd Shift (4 : 00 PM – 2 : 30 AM)

Are you a hands-on welder who thrives on building something that lasts? We’re looking for experienced MIG and Flux Core Welders to join our 2nd shift team and help fabricate steel bridge components that make a real impact.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform fluxcore MIG welding on structural steel up to ½" thick
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute full layouts
• Operate overhead / jib cranes, band saws, drill presses, stud welders, and grinders
• Work in various positions around the shop—including crawling under materials
• Potential to step into a lead welder role and guide others

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00 / hr.
