Manager

At Chick-fil-A Team Leaders are responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. Team Leaders are responsible for supervising assigned stations for an entire shift and may be assigned to open or close the restaurant; following established opening and closing procedures.

Other Requirements :

• Must average 20 Hours / Week
• Must have availability to lead a minimum of two shifts in the Operations Manager role each week
• Must have availability to work the opposite day part once a month
• Must schedule one 1 on 1 meeting with Operator each month
• Completes necessary checklists upon receiving Certification Book once hired
• Completes Executive Director sign offs once hired
• Any other requirements within Certification Book
