Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the North America CRM and Martech strategy in alignment with global teams.
• Audit current systems and build roadmaps that support long-term growth and membership goals.
• Lead implementation and adoption of new tools, optimizing workflows and team efficiency.
• Partner across analytics, finance, ecommerce, and membership teams to ground decisions in data.
• Champion change management and process education across the organization.

For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Portland.
