Overview : In this role, you'll provide guidance, training, and leadership within the Manufacturing Sourcing Group and for initiatives and projects of which the group is a part of.

Job Responsibilities :

Identify opportunities to help Haskell reduce expenses and / or provide savings while minimizing risk in the sourcing process. Be an integral part of the initial design and ongoing improvement of Strategic Sourcing Process and Guidelines.

Supervise and lead the project coordinator team which will involve :

• PreCon coordination
• Provide, receive, and communicate current market and project pricing information related to the equipment and services that are in the Group's scope
• Provide, receive, and communicate current market availability and lead times related to the equipment and services that are in the Group's scope
• Align the Sourcing and Pre-Cons financial budget and account structures for efficient flow and review of the information
• Project Procurement Administration
• Setting up the project financial budget on Procore for the applicable Equipment and Services in Scope for the Sourcing Group
• Initiating commitments and vendor administration communication once the commitments are executed
• Accounts Payable coordination
• Ensure Project Coordinators are keeping SCPO / Metaviewer up to date and providing notes for review
• Determine and monitor priorities of tasks assigned to the Team and report on the progress compared to the expected date of completion
• Providing performance evaluations (MAP Reviews) and other Human Resource functions as required
• Training of new Team hires and cross training of existing Haskell employees to ensure adherence to established process and procedures
• Other duties as needed for sourcing for projects
