Superintendent - HCAI
Key responsibilities of a Superintendent - HCAI :
- Lead and coordinate all on-site building and construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee subcontractors, trades, and field staff while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Enforce safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a zero-incident job site.
- Manage project schedules, inspections, and quality control to deliver top-tier results.
- Prepare daily reports, maintain site cleanliness, and drive punch list completion through project closeout.
