Training Coordinator
The Marketing Training & Development Center is a division within the ANA that delivers marketing training to ANA Members. The Marketing Training & Development Center combines the experience of real-world marketers with proprietary industry insights to provide engaging in-person and virtual training that improves marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI.
The ANA Marketing Training & Development Center is looking for a detail-oriented training coordinator to join our successful team. The individual must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks accurately and on time. This individual must have initiative and a proven work ethic; strong written and oral skills along with the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage their time. MS Excel and research skills are a plus. In addition, the ideal candidate will also share our team values : exceptional customer service, commitment to quality, desire to achieve, supportive collaboration, humor, and making work fun. With experience, the Coordinator position is designed to evolve into one that either focuses on ongoing support of the training unit or transitions into a role where the coordinator becomes an account manager, responsible for managing the training needs of select ANA members.
