What You’ll Do
- Champion Agentic Engineering
- Drive the state of the art of agent-powered software engineering from prototype to production
- Rapidly engineer full-stack agent-ready applications, standalone agents, and agentic systems
- Develop Agentic Apps for Work
- Be the lead AI Engineer within AgentOps for custom agentic apps, tools, and systems
- Work as part of a rapidly moving team of agentic architects, UX prototypers, and engineers
- Raise the Bar of the Possible
- Stay ahead of the latest agentic AI technologies, tools, processes, and workflows
- Pilot emerging AI tools for research, design, prototyping, engineering, and media creation
- Educate and Evangelize
- Inspire and educate engineering teams across the company with the agentic art of the possible
- Facilitate workshops, hackathons, and masterclasses to drive adoption of agentic engineering

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The minimum full-time salary range is between $150,000 - $180,000.
