Counterintelligence Officer

Key Role : Conduct defensive CI activities in support of an intelligence agency as a Counterintelligence (CI) Officer. Conduct daily research to gather, assimilate, evaluate, and interpret information concerning intelligence, counterterrorism, and espionage threats against agency personnel, programs, technology, and information systems or facilities. Provide daily CI analyses for distribution to selected parties within the agency, the DoD, and the Intelligence Community. Provide input as required to a formal report of findings and recommendations for all unauthorized disclosures involving the known or suspected loss of classified information. Work closely with members of the Intelligence Community to share information, and collaborate, draft, and finalize community information reviews or damage assessments. Support and participate in the conduct of CI Incident Assessments (CIIAs).

Basic Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience with CI
• Experience in foundational defensive CI, including conducting investigations, inquiries, collections, operations, analysis, briefings, debriefings, training, and awareness
• Active TS / SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree
• Graduate of a Federal or DoD CI Training Academy

Additional Qualifications :

Clearance : Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS / SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
