Property Maintenance Technician

Do you have some experience with property maintenance, or you're just handy with jobs that require some light carpentry, plumbing or electrical work? If so, we need your help to deliver a great housing value to the residents and our communities. This position is located in Perry, MI. This is currently a full-time seasonal position running through November 2025 with the potential to turn into a year-round part-time position.

• $17.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience
