People Ops Business Partner

As PDQ's first dedicated People Ops Business Partner, you'll play a foundational role in shaping how People Operations supports departments directly. You will support our R&D teams as a trusted advisor, coach, and connector helping leaders build high-performing, healthy teams while ensuring employees feel supported, informed, and aligned with PDQ's values.
