As our Senior Operations Lead, Customer Partner you will collaborate with client representatives and your R1 team to perform detailed reviews of facility-wide financial and operational metrics with the goal of identifying and capitalizing upon opportunities for process, cost, and patient satisfaction improvement. To thrive in this role, you must serve as a liaison for training and subject matter expertise on the utilization of R1 workflow technologies. Here's what you will experience working as a Senior Operations Lead, Customer Partner :

• Mitigate back-end revenue leakage through change management, lean process improvement, making recommendations for innovative software / workflow development, and advanced quantitative analysis on core financial metrics.
• Develops industry knowledge that serves as a foundation for career progression.
• Interpret basic data sets and create data analyses to drive desired results.
• Build strong working relationships with client counterparts that can be leveraged for problem solving and process improvement.
• Responds to ad-hoc client requests and develops solutions in a timely manner.
• Provides value-add feedback to R1 leadership on development of project plans.

Required Skills :

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $49,126.00 - $78,919.86 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%.
