Job Description

Pipeline Realty is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support its accounting team by processing invoices for a portfolio of over 90 properties using Yardi Software. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. While there will not be invoices for all 90 properties each week, the workload will vary, and the position offers flexibility based on weekly volume. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Yardi experience to gain valuable property management accounting exposure through mid-to-late February.

The base pay range for this position is $39,500–$45,800, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
