California Licensed Property Manager

A company is looking for a Property Management Executive.

Key Responsibilities

Builds relationships with customers, sets rental rates, and negotiates lease agreements

Provides leadership to the portfolio team and addresses client issues

Manages late payments, operating expenses, and oversees maintenance tickets

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in real estate, property management, business administration, or related field preferred

Active California Real Estate license required

3+ years of experience in property management with previous leadership experience

Working knowledge of property regulations and property management software

Driver's License required
