Quality Control Inspector

ContractType : Full Time 12 Months (Leading to PermanentPosition)
JobOverview : Ensure all maintenance actions includingdocumentation are carried out in accordance with approved data inan airworthy manner.
Additionally responsible for preliminaryroutine and inprocess inspections on aircraft and / or components todetermine serviceability andairworthiness.
JobResponsibilities :
- Accomplishincoming preliminary inspections on aircraft / components inaccordance with customer request cards or manufacturer smanuals.
- Ensuredocumentation of maintenance performed is as required by FAR sClients Repair Station Manual and customer s ContinuousAirworthiness Maintenance Program ( CAMP).
- Accomplishfinal buyback of maintenanceperformed.
- Accomplishinprogress inspections including clearancetoclose torqueverifications dimensional checks rigsetc.
- Asauthorized by ATS and airlines perform returntoservice andairworthiness releases on serviceable tags aircraft logbooks andFAA form337.
- Performaudit of ATS facilities for FAR and safety regulationcompliance.
- Otherduties may beassigned.
Requirements :
- F.A.A.Airframe and Power plant Licenserequired.
- Tenyears heavy aircraft maintenance experience OR equivalentcombination of education and experience as determined by Manager sdiscretion.
- NDIand previous QC experience highlydesirable.
- Priorsupervisory experience is highlydesirable.
Previous Commercial MRO experience - Highly skilled Minimum ofthree (3) years of heavy aircraft maintenance experience ORequivalent combination of education and experience
