Description : DUTIES :

Assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance and possible other hospital state or federal programs, when applicable.
Interviewing patients in a hospital or office setting to complete necessary forms.
Verifying health insurances.
Working with patients and / or family members, employers, banks and federal / state offices for additional information as needed
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements : REQUIREMENTS

Train in our Allentown, PA office Monday- Friday 8 : 00am to 4 : 30 PM for 8 - 12 weeks.

Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal

Must have customer service skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in an office environment

Detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast pace environment

Working knowledge of Microsoft applications : Outlook, Word, and Excel

Ability to meet weekly and monthly productivity goals

Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Ability to learn and work with multi-State Medicaid eligibility regulations (previous Medicaid experience a plus)

Work schedule : Monday- Friday 7 : 300am to 4 : 00pm

Compensation details : 20-20 Hourly Wage
