Responsibilities and Duties
The Service Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction and overall profitability within the service department's areas of responsibilityCommunicates with customers and ethically resolves disputes keeping the customer and company's interest in mindResponsible for timely paperwork flow keeping work in process as low as possibleProvides timely and accurate invoices to customers with the assistance of service team membersResponsible for the human resources within the department, with a focus of maintaining a high level of technician productivity, efficiency, and safetyRecommends and oversees replacement and repair of internal physical assetsQualifications
High school diploma, college, and / or tech school helpfulThree or more years of experience with earth moving equipment parts and service in a customer contact position.Candidate must have proven track record in customer satisfactionStrong leadership and coaching abilitiesPositive attitude, problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationsCandidate must be highly motivated and be able to work well in a team environmentBasic computer skills requiredMust be able to pass a Pre-Employment Criminal Background screening and DOT Drug Test
