Post Closing Underwriter

A company is looking for a Post Closing Underwriter to manage loan conditions and ensure compliance with investor guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and resolve investor loan deficiencies independently

Conduct daily reviews of deficiency loan pipelines and analyze suspense conditions

Collaborate with internal and external parties to obtain necessary documentation for timely loan resolution

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

3+ years of experience in mortgage closing and / or post-closing activities

Underwriting experience

Advanced knowledge of regulatory and investor guidelines

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
