A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic HR support to functional leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR partnership and support in areas such as organizational design, change management, and performance management
Develop and facilitate strategic people plans and collaborate with leaders to prioritize business strategies
Conduct stay interviews and maintain employee sentiment to enhance retention and engagement
Required Qualifications
10+ years of HR experience with at least 8 years in an HR Business Partner role
Minimum of 1 year of people management experience
Experience in building and optimizing talent processes and programs
Ability to manage complex employee relations and performance matters independently
Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings and events
