The firm is expanding its investment team and seeking a Vice President Investor who combines investment-banking precision with a builder’s curiosity and an operator’s mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Model wins : Consistently assess potential investment pipeline leads with business modeling depth, rigor, and financial analysis (including valuation, benchmarking, compsets, engagement and retention cohort analyses, forecasting revenue and expenses, and cap table modeling).
• Hustle wins : Crack founder outreach with relentless hustle to connect to entrepreneurs at the top of our pipeline prospects, leveraging great materials, firm and personal networks, forums, events, and any / all other creative outreach required.
• Business judgment wins : Demonstrate a clear "investor mindset" with critical thinking and insights into what makes for a great business and the ability to crisply and clearly communicate our recommended position.
• Charm Wins : Hold initial founder conversations solo and consistently win the hearts of founders.
• Portco Wins : Effectively up-level portfolio companies.
• Platform Wins : Be technically savvy and significantly add to the efficacy and output of the platform.

What You Bring

• 5-10 years total experience across growth equity, venture capital, investment banking, or top-tier consulting.
• Demonstrated curiosity and conviction around emerging consumer business models.
• World-class financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Clear, persuasive communication - turning data into narrative and narrative into conviction.
• Collaborative energy and a growth mindset - ambitious, humble, relentless.
