Position Overview

Pivot Onsite Innovations is now hiring an experienced and self-driven LPN for a PRN position. This role will provide healthcare support at our onsite healthcare clinic located at our client's distribution center in Clyde, OH!

Clinic Hours : 3 Shifts M-F

Job Summary : The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates health care for employees in the onsite clinic, overseeing evaluation and case management of workplace injuries as well as compliance with medical surveillance programs. The LPN relays information to employees and client key stakeholders regarding workplace safety and injury prevention as well as assuring compliance with health-related OSHA mandates.

Position Responsibilities :

Clinical

• Giving medication as prescribed by a physician
• Taking vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight
• Basic wound care including cleaning and bandaging injured areas
• Giving injections of medication
• Immunizations
• Taking medical histories
• Entering information into computer systems
• Managing IVs
• Monitoring fluid / food intake and output
• Moving patients safely
• Assessing patients' reactions to medications
