The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about advocating for policyholders.ResponsibilitiesManage a full caseload of first party property insurance claims from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondenceConduct depositions, hearings, and mediationsCommunicate effectively with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnelCollaborate with team members in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and timely progressQualificationsActive license and good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar (required)Minimum 2 years of experience in First Party Property law (required)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage remote caseload efficientlyTech-savvy and comfortable with case management softwareCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary range of $100,000 $125,000 based on experienceFully remote work flexibilityCollaborative, growth-oriented team cultureOpportunities for professional development
