Visiting Ancillary Services is a non-profit 501(c)3 non-profit charity offering audiology, dental, and vision services based in Thornton, Colorado. We have been helping patients in our community since 2010. We are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible. Our mission is to be the premier provider of ancillary services to the long-term care industry and to provide the highest quality, low-cost services from our neighborhood clinics.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations at our Thornton clinic and at our contracted nursing home facilities along the Front Range.
• Execute treatment plans through excellent counseling and education.
• Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient's needs.
• Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
• May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events.
• Travel to different facilites.
• Assist patients with their hearing needs in an our on-site clinic.

What You'll Need:

• Demonstrate experience building strong and positive relationships with patients.
• Active Colorado Audiology license in good standing.
• Patient-centered approach with great listening skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
• Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals.

What We Offer:

• Salary Range: $40.00 per hour.

• Sick time, 1 hour for every 30 hours worked up to 48 hours per calendar year.
