Outbound Outreach Coordinator

A company is looking for an Outbound Outreach Coordinator, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to members, introducing programs and inviting participation

Capture and maintain accurate member information in CRM systems

Collaborate with the team to achieve enrollment and call-quality metrics

Required Qualifications

Outbound call center experience required, healthcare experience preferred

Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Must have high-speed internet (30 MBPS)
