Client Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Remote Client Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries and conduct intake interviews to gather and verify information

Explain legal processes and facilitate the completion of necessary documentation

Collaborate with team members to enhance client experience and maintain service quality

Required Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and similar software

Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred

Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of Billings, Montana
